Dallas Retirement Village has long dreamed of offering childcare on campus, and this dream has finally come true. Little Sprouts Childcare opened in November 2024!
Offering childcare services on campus allows the opportunity for intergenerational care – a heartwarming way to aid in the physical and emotional wellness of the residents who live at Dallas Retirement Village! Having the ability to help working parents overcome common childcare challenges, especially for those whose job is to provide care to others, is a much-added bonus. The open-door policy provides parents with a sense of security knowing they may visit their child any time, nurturing the bond between parent and child.
We are proud to announce the licensed childcare center, Little Sprouts Childcare, located on Dallas Retirement Village’s campus, is open now and accepting applications for children ages six weeks old to five years old. Call today to schedule a tour of Little Sprouts Childcare!
Hours of Operation are: 5:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Little Sprouts Childcare accepts ERDC payments.

Providing quality care for the children is the primary focus of Little Sprouts Childcare- using a collaborative, team approach between the parent and childcare staff to ensure the nurturing growth and development of each child in its care. Another core focus is community involvement, which showcases an intergenerational care program where residents of the senior living community come to Little Sprouts Childcare center to visit and volunteer. Research proves that older adults with close intergenerational relationships are typically happier, healthier, and represent as positive role models for children. Residents can assist with crafts, reading stories to the children and much more. The Little Sprouts Childcare will also have opportunities for children to visit residents’ campus wide.
